If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain in their original, unused condition with all security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at support@olympialetan.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Place the item back in its original signature packaging and protective dust bag, ensuring the luxury presentation box is securely enclosed within a sturdy shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned piece to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
